Rex is responsible for leading audit, review, and employee benefit plan audit engagements at Soren McAdam, he also has responsibilities in assisting in the quality control of the firm’s assurance practice.

Rex’s experience includes performing audits on both public and private companies, his experience includes a broad range of industries and size of companies, including companies with annual revenues in excess of $800 million. In addition to assurance engagements, Rex also has substantial consulting experience, including consulting engagements involving technical accounting matters, such as, business combinations, share-based compensation, convertible debt, and preparing 10K and 10Q filings.
