Roger E. Wadell, CPA
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPERTISE
Roger is the managing partner of Soren McAdam where his responsibilities also include marketing and staff development. He has been working with manufacturing and distribution companies for over 21 years, and has been with the firm since 2002. He began his public accounting career in the audit practice of Ernst & Young LLP where he served entrepreneurial companies for eight years. Roger has extensive experience in stock-based compensation issues, mergers and acquisitions, accounting for inventory, and financial reporting. In addition to serving clients in the manufacturing and distribution industries, Roger also works with contractors and is proficient in revenue recognition issues affecting contractors.
EDUCATION
- Graduated in 1990 from California State University, Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts’ degree in Business Administration
- Continuing informal education with material related to taxation and manufacturing issues

Roger enjoys golfing, fishing, and weekend family activities that include soccer games and camping.
